Create a copy before making changes
Open My List, choose Create backup and copy all the text that appears. Save it in a note or document you can reach later. The backup describes the saved catalogue titles and episode reminders; it contains no movie files.
Restore by merging
In the other browser, open My List and paste the complete text into Restore backup. Choose Merge backup. Compatible titles are added once, and checkpoints already present in that browser are retained. Unknown catalogue entries and invalid episode positions are skipped.
Do not tidy the text by hand
The backup has a structured format. Removing punctuation or copying only the middle can make it unreadable. If a restore fails, return to the full original copy instead of repeatedly editing pieces. The tool reports an unsupported format without intentionally replacing the existing list.
After restoring
Open a familiar movie and a series checkpoint to confirm the result. Keep the original copy until you are happy with the destination browser. Clearing website data or using a private session can remove locally saved information.
